Everyday Ethics in Real Estate - In-Person
Class #3340. NAR requires an Ethics class every two years. The deadline is every even calendar year. Dec. 31, 2018 is the current deadline. Students review case studies as the “judge” and discuss cases studies based on actual situation of alleged unethical content. We review the Code and discuss varies way we as agents can be proactive to ethical situations. The class is interactive and involves class participation and discussion, even sometimes debates.

I will need to see your 2022 Pocket Card upon arrival. There will be a restriction on Class Size. Students may not have tested positive for COVID or have symptoms, including but not limited to fever, headaches, lack of taste or smell or loss of appetite currently or within the previous 5 days nor have been in contact with someone with symptoms or with positive Covid test results for within those 5 days. Masks are optional. There may be a Covid form for you to sign the day of class. See you then.
