Class #3716. This 4-hour CE elective course addresses new and revised
REALTOR Professional Standards enforcement mechanisms. This course does provide the credit needed for the every three year REALTOR requirement. Current deadline is December 31, 2021
But this course is more than just “the Code of Ethics”, as it addresses:
Agency vs. Procuring Cause – the primary focus of this course –
Legal liability of Hearing Panels
Mediation vs. Ombudsman
Ethics vs. Arbitration Proceedings
Case Law regarding the above issue.
This course is updated annually.

This is the annual elective/ethics for Brokers provisional, nonprovisional, and Bics. You will receive a PDF of the booklet and Zoom invite with 24 hours of class start time. We also need to see your 2023 pocket card. You can simply show it to us the day of class. Please sign into class 20 minutes early in case of technical issues. Once you sign in, you may then darken your screen and step away. You can turn your screen back on at the beginning of scheduled class time. No multi-tasking while in class. Students' actions and appearance need to be the same as if they were in the classroom. Absolutely no driving. See you soon.
