Establish smart business practices that comply with fair housing laws. Today’s real estate practitioner must establish business practices that comply with fair housing laws and offer equal professional service to all. Consistency, objectivity, and documentation are critical in accomplishing this objective. This 3-hour course includes the topics pertinent to fair housing in today's real estate world, including the law, advertising, and diversity and unconscious bias. CFR does accept this course as required Fair Housing Requirements per National Association of REALTORS®.
