Establish smart business practices that comply with fair housing laws. Today’s real estate practitioner must establish business practices that comply with fair housing laws and offer equal professional service to all. Consistency, objectivity, and documentation are critical in accomplishing this objective. This 3-hour course includes the topics pertinent to fair housing in today's real estate world, including the law, advertising, and diversity and unconscious bias. CFR does accept this course as required Fair Housing Requirements per National Association of REALTORS®.

This is the annual elective and NAR approved Fair Housing requirement for Brokers provisional, nonprovisional, and Bics. I will need to see your 2027 Pocket Card upon arrival. There will be a restriction on Class Size. If you feel sick or unwell please refrain from coming to class and reschedule for a later date.
