Realtors Professional Standards - In-Person
Class #3309. This 4-hour CE elective course addresses new and revised
REALTOR Professional Standards enforcement mechanisms. This course does provide the credit needed for the every three year REALTOR requirement. Current deadline is December 31, 2021
But this course is more than just “the Code of Ethics”, as it addresses:
​Agency vs. Procuring Cause – the primary focus of this course –
Legal liability of Hearing Panels
Mediation vs. Ombudsman
Ethics vs. Arbitration Proceedings
Case Law regarding the above issue.
This course is updated annually.
