Prelicensing Zoom

Although not required for the Prelicensing Course, an absolute MUST have. To benefit KBRES students,  Christie Berry has broken down that large textbook and enormous amount of information into a quick go to guide.  The study guide as well as the NCREC syllabus will flow with the class layout, presentation slides, quizes,etc.  The study guide is also a  great reference to continue your studying after the class and before the NC Exam!

The Study guide is $47 printed and available at the school for you.  There is a $15 fee for mailing the packet to you.  We do offer a PDF version that will email it to you. The emailed price is $30 for all KBRES students.  The discount code for emailed KBRES students is PDF.

BICUP In-Person

 

In order to get credit for the BICUP course, you need to have Broker-in-charge or Broker-in-charge eligible status. I also need to see your current pocket card upon arrival.

There will be a restriction on Class Size.  Students may not have tested positive for COVID or have symptoms, including but not limited to fever, headaches, lack of taste or smell or loss of appetite currently or within the previous 2 weeks nor have been in contact with someone with symptoms or with positive Covid test results for within those two weeks.  Masks are needed when in an area not capable of social distancing, restroom, sign-in, etc. There will be a Covid form for you to sign the day of class. See you then.
